*All levels of sponsorship include attendance at meeting sessions and recognition for support in all materials.

****Please follow these steps to reserve your support level:****

1. Register for the support level on the meeting registration page here. 
2. An invoice with supporting documentation will be sent to the email that registers. If it needs to be sent to a different email, please let us know.
3. All payment info (W9, support letter, agenda) will be included in the email.
4. If you have more reps than what is allotted with your level of support, they can register and pay the additional rep fee ($500/additional rep.) Payment can be done when they sign up or you can let us know to add it to the main invoice.
