****Please follow these steps to reserve your support level:****

1. Register for the support level you are interested in on the meeting registration page here. We understand that company approval is still pending but this is the ONLY way to let us know your interest/intent. Space is limited and does fill up!
2. An invoice with supporting documentation will be sent to the email that registers for your company. If it needs to be sent to a different email, please let us know.
3. All payment info (W9, support letter, agenda) will be included with the invoice.
4. If you have more reps than what is allotted with your level of support, they can register for and additional rep fee ($500/additional rep.) They will be on the waitlist...do not panic. This is so that we can confirm your compan is a sponsor AND make sure we have space. We will send an invoice once company support confirmed or you can let us know to add it to the main invoice.
